Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without penalty. If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, simply send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL."
Incorrect Address
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information. Contact us immediately; we can make corrections within 24 hours.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your items, but occasionally, products may arrive damaged due to shipping mishandling. If this occurs, please contact us with:

- A photo of the damaged product
Once we receive this information, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.
